Atom E3845 processor junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistances

I haven't been able to locate the Atom E3845 processor Junction-to-Case and Junction-to-Board thermal resistances. None of this information is provided in the datasheet or the thermal design guide. The thermal design guide, section 1.0, states "Future revisions of this document will include thermal performance based on test data." I need this information for my thermal model in order to show that the junction temperature is acceptable for our application. I contacted Intel Customer Support and they suggested I post a question here on the Embedded Community forum. Is this data available anywhere?
