I have some question in order to make good thermal solution for Atom x7433re:
1.What is the power distribution between the CPU and the GPU of that processor?
2. Do you have any thermal mapping of the proccesor while it works in full capacity?
3.Can you please send me Atom x7433re proccessor thermal charecteristics such as Rjt?
Best Regards, Or.

Hello @OrGon,
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
For more details about a processor, you can check Intel Ark:
Here you can know the Junction Temperature, this information may help for any other processor you may be interested.
The Tjmax for the x7433RE is 105° C.
For the other questions, you can check document #724596 - Intel Atom® x7000 Processor Series, Intel® Processor N Series, Intel® Core
i3-N305 Processor, & Intel® Core 3 Processor N355 for Edge Applications - Thermal Mechanical Design Guide Addendum
There is a power map with the Hotspot location. I think that may be of help.
For other details and test of the thermal design, you can use a tool like PTAT to add a workload to simulate a real case scenario.
Document #637737 - Intel® Power And Thermal Analysis Tool (Intel® PTAT)
You will need a Premier account in order to get access to the documents I have mentioned, please check the following link in case you need help to create a Premier account.

I have a Premier account, NDA on file, and have accessed both the resource and documentation link (which is just the sign-up page) and the page for the processor we are using (x7433RE). There are several threads asking where the thermal analysis tool mentioned can be downloaded, but the responses always just point to signing up for Premier access or other documentation. Does the Intel Thermal Analysis Tool (not sure what the "P" stands for... maybe "Processor"?) actually exist? If so, is it still available on any Intel page? Can someone actually post the link which you can get to if you have a Premier account? This is nuts!

To boot, searching for "PTAT" just brings up the threads from other people trying to find this tool. LOL!
