Hello,
We have a system that is based upon the Atom E3845 processor. It has been discovered that our firmware which is based upon the Firmware Support Package and integrated in u-boot has an issue with no video output on newer SOCs. A cross examination has shown that the manufacturers firmware which is instead UEFI based has video output on the same hardware in question. Has there been a change to the silicon that would render the FSP binary files no longer adequate? What documentation is available for writing a UEFI based firmware?
