Broken links for Atom E3900 series UEFI binaries

I am trying to follow the instructions from https://www.intel.com/content/dam/develop/external/us/en/text/intelatome3900-0-71-buildinstructions.txt

It references 

IntelAtomE3900-0.71-Binary.Objects.zip

from https://firmware.intel.com/projects/IntelAtomProcessorE3900 . Currently that file download, and basically every other link on that page are all broken. Please ask the web administrators to correct the URLs, because without that it's not possible to build the code from source (or to download the pre-build firmware.)

The instructions also reference

Intel21.1\APPS\EFI\EFIx64\E7320X3.EFI

from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19186/Intel-Ethernet-Connections-Boot-Utility-Preboot-Images-and-EFI-Drivers. However, version 21.1 is no longer available, and E7320X3.EFI doesn't exist in newer versions.

The instructions also reference http://www.asix.com.tw/FrootAttach/driver/AX88179_178A_UEFI_V2.8.0.zip which is a broken link now as well.
