How to verify the errata DNV54 of Intel Atom C3508 is fixed

There is a errata DNV54 in "Intel Atom® C3000 Processor Product Family Specification Update"(refer to the attachment) 

I plan to upgrade BIOS and microcode, then will verify that the CPU glitch is fixed with the upgrade.

Does Intel provide any test cases to verify that this CPU glitch is fixed?
