Intel Atom 6211E and compatibility with Processor Diagnostic Tool

Hello,

I currently have an intel Atom x6211 processor (dual core) running on a Windows 10 Iot 64-bits and I would like to know with which version of Processor Diagnostic Tool it is compatible.

Indeed, I have currently 3 executables Temperature.exe (Module Version: 1.0.22.64b.W), Math_PrimeNum.exe (Module Version: 1.0.19.64b.W) and CPUFreq.exe (Module Version: 1.0.20.64b.W) which come from a previous version of Processor Diagnostic Tool that I do not know.
I would like to know if my 3 executables will be compatible with my new intel Atom x6211 processor (dual core).
