MESEG_BASE or MESEG_MASK on x6000E series formerly known as Elkhart

Dear forum,

I am on the search for information about the MESEG_MASK register on the Intel Atom x6000E series, as this register seems to be unlocked according to CHIPSEC module 'memconfig':

PCI0.0.0_MESEG_MASK = 0x0000000000654321 - UNLOCKED - Manageability Engine Limit Address Register

But I can not find any description of this register in any datasheet so far, except:

• Doc Nr.: 636112 Figure 6-1

From debugging CHIPSEC, it reads the PCI Bus 0 Dev 0 Fun 0 at offset 120 (decimal!). 

Can anyone point me to the document, which explains this register at that address?
