Wether I could have a chance to use Atom x6211E in my product?

Hi there, I m a hardware product development designer from a small company in Ch mainland, I just look through the specifications and found that Atom x6211E would be the best solution for our product under development, but we have never contact with Intel before, and not sure how to contact for a processor's business support, wether we could have a chance to achieve this? like to get the processor product sample and the tech doc and solutions with it?
