shutdown sequencing timing diagrams

Hi.

I can't find similar power sequences in the PDG of the Intel Atom x6414 Elkhart Lake SKU 9 processor.

1) what signal initiates the power-down of S0-S5? Is the power-down-sequence the same as shown in Figure 31-44 (S0 to G3-powerdown) except the S4/S5 voltages remain to the board (power_states.JPG)? 

2) what signal initiates the awakening of S5-S0? And is the sequencing like in G3 to S0 powerup?

3) same questions to THERMTRIP_N scenario. Initiation-signal and sequencing like above?

4) how can I initiate a shutdown to S5 by toggling a signal manually?
