初步建议先检查VCORE设计是否符合spec.同时建议您进行精简系统的功能模块进行对比以定位问题所在。尝试一下替换其他sku的SoC看一下问题。最后还请更新Micro Code并检查CPU电源设计是否符合spec。请您到CCE网站上提交debug。
