I'm looking for the thermal specifications, specifically the junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistances, for the Alder Lake P28 (QDF#: Q08B, MM#: 99ATCJ, Product Code: FJ8071504796411) CPU.

Hello @CarlosAM_INTEL ,

I've been granted an RDC account. However, the documentation available did not have the specifications I was looking for. Do you know if this information (junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistances) exists for this product?

Thank you,

Marc
