Hello Sir/Mam

We are using Part CL8068404164700 in our design we want the know What is Typical voltage for rails VCC,VCC_GT,VCC_SA as Datasheet mentions only range of 0-1.52V?

Hello

We will purchase the part from wpi-group.com.

We are planning to design 3U VPX using Xeon E-2276ME and as it says it has 45W TDP . But current for VCC,VCC_GT,VCC_SA supplies are  very high in Datasheet/PDG. Could you please tell how this number 45W is coming ?

Hello, @Pkaur:

Thanks for your update.

Based on the first part of your last communication, the TDP information may answer your last question. It can be found in section 5, on pages 90 through 110 of the  following document that seems to be mentioned by you:

Hello

Thank you for your response.

My Query is still not answered . I will try to reframe my question. Where can i get thermal current values for VCC,VCC_GT,VCC_SA . I will already seen PDG which states IPL2 current which will be transient only . Could you please put some light on what will be Thermal current of these supplies. As it says 45W is TDP for our part but Current mentioned in Datasheet and PDG are very high.

Hello @Pkaur,

The PDG has an excel file called "CFL-HS Power Map", where you can have a reference for the required currents.

Regarding thermal current values, we don't have this information, but we have the Thermal Mechanical Design Guide.
