Thanks @CarlosAM_INTEL  But I am unable to get following information(Need for our internal proposal/document)

(1) Complete Block Diagram of Intel TigerLake processor functional blocks i.e  Cores, more detailed than the picture attached

(2) The Datasheets you send me Vol 1& 2  Do not give pinout /board layout guidelines of processor
