Do we must use the GPP_F22 to reset the outside pcie devices in Coffee Lake H platform?

We use i7-9850he and Coffee Lake H platform in our board, but we encounter a question. When we bush the reset button, occasional the cpu 's pcie can not find the pex8624.,when the pcie is Gen2.0 or auto. Our board user the PLTRST# to reset the outside pcie devices, do we must use the GPP_F22 to reset the outside pcie devices according the attachment picture?
