HM370 SR40B chipset power steps

Hello everyone

I have an embedded SR40B  HM370 Chipset motherboard. I have a problem on the motherboard I can't solve.
Now the motherboard power steps are as follows.

 

+3VLP               OK
EC_ON               OK
+5VALW            OK
ON/OFFBTN#   OK
+3VALW            OK
+1.05VALW      OK
EC_RSMRST#   OK
PBTN_OUT#    OK

 

The above steps are ok. All voltages are correct. But the motherboard will not work because there are no steps below.

My question is: Do these three steps below occur after the hardware (ram, cpu, etc) check or after the software (bios, EC firmware, etc.) check?


PM_SLP_S4#    NO
PM_SLP_S3#    NO
SYSON               NO

After which control step these occur.
