Intel Core i7-6822EQ Thermal Mechanical Design Guide

I am trying to design a custom thermal solution for the Intel Core i7-6822EQ processor but I am unable to find some thermal mechanical specifications for this processor.  I am looking for values such as theta_JC, theta_JA, and mechanical dimensions for seated height and tolerances for the processor.  I am able to find the 5th generation Thermal Mechanical Design guide for Embedded applications but I can not find the 6th generation.  Can anyone help me?
