For the Intel® Xeon® D-1559 Processor, I need to know what is used for the material that bonds the metal lid to the package. A data sheet of the material would be preferable. Thank you.

No, this is not what I am looking for. I need to know what the black material that bonds the lid to the package is made of for the Intel® Xeon® D-1559 Processor. I need this solely for my determination of whether or not this material is compatible with a manufacturing process. I need some sort of component data sheet that goes into material descriptions for specific aspects of the processor, or just an answer stating the material used.
