We are using intel i705700EQ processor with Microsoft Windows - 10. We want upgrade OS from Windows-10 to Windows -11 for this processor. It seems, according to Microsoft WIn-11 will not be supported on this processor. While running, we are getting following errors:
=========================================
Intel Management Engine Interface driver has failed to perform handshake with the Firmware (FWSTS0: 0x1E000052, FWSTS1: 0x60002106).
The speed of processor 7 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.
(repeated for the 7 other cores)
----------------------------------------------------
Do we have any updated firmware to overcome this error? Appreciate any help from you.
Thanks
Samir

These are two seperate issues.
Issue 1. You can upgrade, at your risk, to W11. See my post here:

Issue 2. Have you updated your bios?

Hello, @Samir3:
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
The Intel® Core™ i7-5700EQ Processor is a Broadwell-H processor, as you may confirm on the following website:
We need to clarify that the Broadwell-H processors have been discontinued and are no longer supported, as you may verify on the following website:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022396/processors.html
However, you may find the available documentation for the Broadwell-H processors on the following website:
