Is the USB Type-C working in Whiskey Lake U CRB?

We've a Whiskey Lake U (WHL-U) CRB, I'm testing its USB Type-C feature. There's a problem using it when with a cable to convert from USB Type-C to USB3.0, the USB3.0 Dongle cannot be detected in Windows 10. I've tested this cable working good in others board/phone with USB Type-C. Please help confirm if the WHL-U CRB is needed rework for USB Type-C or something else? Thank you!
