JTAG port on CRB(Customer Refernce Board) for Debugging

Hello,

I want to know if JTAG port is accessible on Customer Reference Board provided by the Intel for debugging purpose for processor ATOM 3800.

What are the components/tools are required for CRB(Processor hardware and BIOS) debugging.

Are these tools provided with the CRB Hardware or they will have to be purchased separtely??
