Mini PC Connectivity with HDMI to DVI port

Hi Everyone,

I Have 1 mini PC with Pentium(R)  J6426 Processor having Windows 10 IOT version installed into it,

also i have a video wall controller which has the DVI input, when i try to connect the mini pc with the video wall via controller, video wall stays blank. - to connect his i am using HDMI to DVI cable.

i tried the same scenario with my laptop with same cable then i can see my laptop screen on video wall,

please let me know what should I do, and what are the reasons ???

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

You can try updating the graphics driver from this link:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html

If the error persists, it may be best to contact the place of purchase of the mini PC, can be that some configuration must be changed with the GOP driver.
