Third party license document for intel sideband fabric device driver (MBI) 604.10125.2655.573

We want to ship the Intel Sideband Fabric Device Driver - 604.10125.2655.573 with our Hardware. During the clearing process we only found a license document but no document about included third party software. To fulfill all legal demands we are looking for this third party license document of the Intel Driver. Can you help me.
