Hello, @DaveE1:
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
We received your request, but we want to address the following questions to understand the situation:
Could you please verify that the part number of the device related to your request is: "i7-71186"? Because the provided part number is not related to an Intel product.
Where do you acquire the mentioned device?
Please let us know the information that should answer these questions.
Best regards,

Hello, @DaveE1:
Thanks for your reply.
However, it is clear one of our previous questions. We are going to paraphrase it in the following way:
What is the name of the company where you buy the i7-1186GRE?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Best regards,

Hi Carlos,
I can assure you that you do supply the i7-1186GRE. We buy it!
I have been using the IBIS model i7-1185GRE and I am unable to simulate LPDDR4 in HyperLynx. The error message says NO IBIS SIGNAL, it is not connecting. I am using the ‘ehl_lpddr4_dq_dqs_extmod_pins_excir.ibs’ with a Micron MT53E512M32D1ZW.ibs
Kind regards….David E

Hi,
The i7-1186 is the same as the i7-1185 except that one of the functions is disabled.
Looking at the IBIS files I downloaded for LPDDR4 simulation, it transpires that the IBIS file tgl_lpddr4_dq_dqs.ibs does not have any pins assigned. I need an IBIS Wrapper which maps all the uP LPDDR pins to the die pins. Do you have one please?
Kind regards....David

Hi Carlos,
I don't feel I am getting very good support here:
1. You didn't know about your product i7-1186; the same as the 1185 but some functionality is disabled.
2. I already have DZP access.
3. I would like a master IBIS file wrapper for the i7-1185 LPDDR please to perform simulation in HyperLynx.
Can you help me please?
Kind regards....David

Hello, @DaveE1:
Thanks for your reply.
You may find the differences between the cited products on the following website:
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/compare.html?productIds=208082,218655
On the other hand, reviewing again your profile at this moment, your account is Intel Developer Zone Standard, and you need to update it to Premier, as we recommended following the procedure stated in our previous communication.
Another option that could be expedited is to contact the place of purchase of the mentioned devices, and in case is an Intel Authorized Distributor, they will be more than glad to help you with your requests.
Best regards,

Hi Carlos,
I followed your recommendation for the Premier account and requested it.
I got the following reply:
Hello David,
Greetings from Intel Customer Support!
Thank you for contacting us, and we are glad to help.
I understand that you want to gain access to the files in the Resource and Documentation Center (RDC). Hence, I checked your profile and found that you already have Developer Zone Premier (DZP) access.
To ensure that we provide the correct information, may I know if you have an issue logging in to the account or if you have encountered a document access issue? If it's the latter, kindly provide the document number so we can move forward to the next step.
Your response will be much appreciated. Should I not hear a response from you, is it okay if I follow up on the 12th of February? Should you have a preferred date, kindly notify me so I can adjust accordingly.
Best regards,
Jeanell D.
