can i upgrade the laptop acer 4738z from cpu intel p6200 to cpu core i5 520m or i7 620m ?

and with machine configuration cpu upgraed and 6 gb ram ddr 3 bus 1066 by acer 4738z can i upgrade to any win version??

Before you can do anything, you have to contact ACER and ask them which processors are supported BY THEIR BIOS.

 

Then, you can select from those.

 

Personally, I do not think it is worthwhile to spend any time and money on upgrading a machine this old. And, you will not see much of an improvement in performance.
