EOL and EOS for Embedded products are the same, Six years after launch date (Q2'19). As for the Mean Time Between Failure, is currently unavailable for this CPU; however you can refer to the following similar forum question: https://community.intel.com/t5/Processors/CPU-lifetime-and-MTBF/td-p/605407
