i7-8665UE Junction to Case Thermal Resistance

Hi,

I`m currently developing a thermal solution for the i7-8665UE processor and I could find the maximum junction temperature (Tj = 100°C), however I need  to know the Junction to Case thermal resistance (Theta JC, °C/W) of thIS processor and I couldn`t find this information in any document.
