Failed to run ICAT

How to deal with the following error messages when running ICAT?

I made some computers be installed ICAT with same version and run same deck,

but only one with Intel CPU could work, the others with AMD CPU always show errors.

Is ICAT only executable on computers assembled with Intel CPU?

or what reason might cause these errors?
