【H3C DPU2.0卡项目PWRBTN N信号拉低6S之后SLP S3 N GPP 并未拉低 导致无法关机

问题：PWRBTN N信号拉低6S之后SLP S3 N GPP 并未拉低 导致无法关机，芯片手册中PWRBTN被置低5.1s以上会进去S0状态，但是关机状态时发现OS会出现等待1分30S此时发现无法关机
