Hello Team, I want the DDR4 Package Length (Die bump to BGA pad) for Xeon D-1559 Processor. I couldnt able to find the information for that. Pls help to get those information. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing the package information.

 

The same kind of package length available for PCIe Gen2, PCIe Gen3, SATA Gen3, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, Ethernet 1G/10G mean, kindly share the details.

If those information available mean, it will very useful for our design.

The package length should not be considered to implement any of these last interfaces. You can confirm this information in the Grangeville with Intel(R) Xeon(R) Processor D-1500 Product Family Platform Design Guide [PDG] document # 543438 that can be found when you are logged into your RDC privileged account as well at:

Thanks for your input. I tried to download the link which you provided for "Intel(R) Xeon(R) Processor D-1500 Product Family Platform Design Guide [PDG] document # 543438", but cant able to download & there is warning message like "bad request-automatically redirected to RDC page".
