I need an architecture and datasheet of D2166NT. I'm interested in specs of x722 embedded NIC and how it is connected to the processor. I have already searched in intel website only thing i was able to find was product brief.

I am using Xeon D2166NT. I am looking for Intel® Xeon® D-2100 Processor Product Family datasheet, but I cannot find it online. I only got a Specification Update online.

I am a diagnostic engineer, and writing test code for its 10gbe driving LEDs. So I need to know about the register information and control configuration.
