Where can I find the MTBF for the  Intel® Xeon® E-2278GE Processor?

You can find on pages 5 and 10 of the Production Release Qualification (PRQ) Coffee Lake (CFL)-R S82 IoTG document # 617334 the Failures In Time (FIT)  information of the cited device.  You should find the PRQ when you are logged into your Resource and Design Center (RDC) privileged account on the following website:

You should know that the relationship of FIT to MTBF is expressed as MTBF = 1 000 000 000 x 1/FIT.

You should fill out the form stated on the following website when you have problems with the provided website or want to update your RDC account:
