Intel® Xeon® Processor D-1649N MTBF data

Hi,

I am looking for support on Intel Xeon D1649N processor, MM# 999GZV.
As we have customer requesting for MTBF/FIT data of the processor, I am searching for the PRQ report of it.
However it looks like there is no PQR for this specific SKU in Intel Resource Design Center.
Can you help to provide the report? Or document that contains the MTBF/FIT info of D1649N.

I had replied to the email regarding the issue but I am not sure if you receive the email.

I had checked on the PRQ you provided but the SKU D-1649N (MM# 999GZV) I am looking for is not included in the list.

Please help advise if the PRQ apply the same to D-1649N.
