Looking for schematics for S1200V3RPL (or RPM) Server board (Xeon E3-based)

I am looking for schematics for a Xeon-E3-based motherboard such as the Intel S1200V3RPL or S1200V3RPM server boards. These would be a starting point (from a known-good schematic set) for a motherboard that could be customized for my client's needs (storage, security, media, networking, computing, etc.). I work for a design services firm. We will sign an NDA if necessary.

I am now a Privileged User. I checked the download and TPS areas for the S1200V3RP server board, but did not see anything beyond what I've already seen.

Now that I am privileged, and have submitted the CNDA, would it be possible for me to get the schematics for the S1200V3RP family?
