What is the difference between BDW DE and BDW DE NS ball-outs. In which among this Xeon D 1559 is belonged. Is BDW DE and BDW DE NS interchangeable.

You should review the information stated on page 15 of the Intel(R) Xeon(R) Processor D-1500 NS and D-1600 Product Families Thermal and Mechanical Specification and Design Guide (TMSDG) Addendum document # 569152, where are listed the Broadwell-DE NS devices.
