camelback mountain CRB board booting issue.

we are currently working with Camelback mountain CRB, the jumper J6J5 in the CRB peeled out while swapping the jumpers, we temporarily fixed by soldering the necessary pins, but still the Board is not BOOTING up.

Please let us know how to proceed further. We tried probing the CS pin of out of the SOC, there are no signals observed. debugging further showed the that Core rail 1.8V it self is not powered up. Is it some error in the CPLD in power sequencing or any other issue. Please let us know how to proceed further.

YES , we followed all the instructions, it was working properly until few days back when it stopped booting up. only problem we saw was the Jumper J6J5 connectivity which we soldered connecting the necessary connections as per the schematic. Please advice how to boot back the board. is there any CPLD code for the CRB available? which we can try to flash.
