安裝完 29.5 版乙太網路產品驅動程式未符合我申請的 ISP 網路速率！

我的 PC 網路晶片為 I219-V，作業系統為 Windows 10 x64 22H2，

已安裝所有最新版主機板驅動程式和最新版 BIOS，Windows Update 也更新至最新。

CPU 和硬碟空間也符合 ISP 的連線設備建議值。

最近，安裝完 29.5 版乙太網路產品驅動程式，發現使用我申請的 ISP 提供之網路測速軟體，

未能達到正常的速率！

我申請的網路速率為：下載 100 Mbps / 上傳 40 Mbps。

安裝 29.5 版乙太網路產品驅動程式，

ISP 網路測速軟體之測速結果顯示：下載 100 Mbps / 上傳 18 Mbps，

測速結果報告指出，網路速率未能達到正常的原因是由於 "其他應用軟體占用頻寬"。

我後來把 29.5 版乙太網路產品驅動程式移除，降版至 29.4 版乙太網路產品驅動程式，

就恢復到之前正常的網路速率狀態了。

希望下一版乙太網路產品驅動程式能解決上述的問題！謝謝！
