It is understood that your system suddenly crashes and based on the bugcheck analysis it shows that the error "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)" was prompted.
For this, please kindly help to provide the details as below:
1) Please kindly help to gather the SSU logs for us to check further on our end. You may refer the below link on how to gather the logs:

2) When does this issue started happening? Was there any recent software or hardware changes made to the NIC or the system?
3) After the system crashes and rebooted, are you still able to use the NIC and connect to the internet accordingly?

The problem has been there ever since this computer was built. No changes after the initial build.
3) After the system crashes and rebooted, are you still able to use the NIC and connect to the internet accordingly?
