Long shot but are there any i226-V drivers that will work with Windows 7? This is a one off system that must keep Win7 but also a 2.5g NIC. Thanks, appreciate the help.

Yep, it is a huge long shot. Getting them to work with W10 and W11 is a monumental task.

Greetings Tech20,
We would like to inform that as per the list of validated OS for Ethernet cards. Intel® I226-V is not validated for Windows 7.
Kindly check the link below:
If you are using on-board or embedded Intel® I226-V and the board is validated or compatible with Windows 7.
The board manufacturer should provide the appropriate driver for all of the embedded components on the board including the Intel® I226-V. So it is best to contact OEM/place of purchase to check if the board supports Windows 7 and if yes, to download the driver for onboard Intel® I226-V.
If you have questions, please let us know.
Thank you.
