After i350 host suspend, vf cannot communicate with pf

When I use i350 normally, everything can communicate normally. But when I suspend the host with systemctl suspend and wake it up, I find that vf and pf cannot communicate. I want to know if this is normal and what causes it? What is the startup order of QEMU and net?
