For your inquiry, yes the E810 NIC is available to be used on PCIE 3.0. This is due to the E810 comes standard to run on PCIE 4.0 and it should be able to run on backwards compatibility with the PCIE 3.0. However, the data speed will be limited due to running on PCIE3.0
