- Your exact ethernet product name:
- Is it a prebuilt or the card purchased separately?
- Is there any other error message(screenshot)?
- When the issue start happening?
- Any software or hardware changes to your system and network router/switch recently?
- Please confirm if you are using the latest driver version (Installed from ASUS or INTEL)?
- Have you contacted ASUS regarding the issue?
Kindly check if the driver is the latest and installed from ASUS.

Ans:- Intel I225 / I226 Prebuilt In
- Is it a prebuilt or the card purchased separately? -
Ans: Prebuilt comes with ASUS X670E HERO Motherboard

- Is there any other error message(screenshot)?
Ans:- No
- When the issue start happening?
Ans: We installed Ubuntu 18.04 in that 2.5Ghz Lan Port not Supporting
- Any software or hardware changes to your system and network router/switch recently?
Ans: Ubuntu 18.04
- Please confirm if you are using the latest driver version (Installed from ASUS or INTEL)?
Ans: I am not getting latest drivers from neither INTEL or ASUS
- Have you contacted ASUS regarding the issue?
Ans:- ASUS wont support for Linux Ubuntu OS

Kindly check here for the Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Ethernet Controllers (LOM)
According to the supported OS, Ubuntu 18.04 is not included. Thus, can you please update if this is the first time you are using Ubuntu 18.04 with the I225-V?
If else, you could try to install the Intel Generic driver here: Intel® Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack
Kindly contact Ubuntu to check further on this and please update us on the feedback as well.
