Can't update X710 Firmware

Hi

I'm unable to update the firmware of my x710 network ( I

have 6 of them )

 

do you guys have any idea why?

Hello FYama, Thank you for the outputs. From the firmware version specified in ethtool this does not appear to be an Intel retail adapter. The NVM update is only made to work with the Intel retail version of the X710 adapter. Firmware for OEM versions of the adapter is provided by the vendor. Please check with the OEM vendor for the required firmware. If there is no indication of the OEM please provide the markings from the product label.
