Hi!
Just got a Lenovo P330 Tiny and noticed slow internet speed. It seems capped to 100Mbps even if the negotiated link speed is 1Gbps.
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700T CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2400 Mhz
RAM: 32GB DDR4
Motherboard: Lenovo P330 Tiny
GPU: Integrated + Nvidia P620
SSD: SAMSUNG MZVLB1T0HALR-000L7 (boot + Win) + ADATA LEGEND 750 1TB
OS: Windows 10
Laptop Model: Lenovo P330 Tiny (small desktop)
System BIOS: LENOVO M1UKT6BA, 07/06/2022
OS Build/Version: Windows 10.0.19044 Build 19044
Wired NIC: Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (7) I219-LM (<<<<<< This causes the issue) Driver 12.19.2.45
Wireless NIC: Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz
Affected 3rd Party software version: Everything that uses internet
Issue: Even if the connection speed says 1Gbps, the connection is capped to 100Mbps speeds.
Troubleshooting: Uninstalled windows drivers, installed intel latest drivers (12.19.2.45), from advanced settings disabled all power related options, turned off power saving for the device, tried manually setting the link speed to 1Gbps/100Mbps/Auto, tried enabling legacy switch support and turned frame spacing on/off. My connection goes through a TP-Link gigabit switch. All the other devices don't have any problems. Tried with different cables from different devices, same issue.
Tried bypassing the switch, only got 100Mbps and no connection on forces 1Gbps link speed. After 2-3 reinsertions it randomly negotiated to 1Gbps and got gigabit speeds on speedtest.net, then after reconnecting through the switch I got 1Gbps auto negotiated speed, but still capped to 100Mbps. On the other end of the cable there is a Intel I350 4 port.
All the other devices connected through the switch don't have any problems. The wireless NIC obtains 380-400 Mbps speeds on speedtest, so not a router or ISP issue.

Nevermind. After much fiddling around the culprit seems to be the switch.
