Configure WOL using Command-Line for Intel 82567LM-3

I am trying the programmaticallly turn on WOL on my Intel 82567LM-3 adapter. I have tried the script adapter_setpowerusageoptions.vbs without success. The command-line I am using is: cscript adapter_setpowerusageoptions.vbs 1 WakeOn - Wake on Magic. The error that gets returned is: "failed to connect to WMI namespace. Make sure Intel network Connections software is installed".

Is this the only way to programmatically turn on WOL on this adapter, or is there an easier way?
