Both fit XL710 J3 .
Will both types work for XL710 J3 ? is there any significant difference between them ?
Or only one of them should be used?

Thank you for the post. What is the purpose of using the jumper on the XL710 ? Are you referring to XL 710 standalone network adapter? can you provide the exact model of XL710?
