Hello,

I connected in direct link the 2 ports of my E810-CQDA2 NIC card with a 100G QSFP28 Active Optical Cable.

But the ports do not pass to the state Up.

Can you help me?

Sincerely yours.

Hi phfr83,

We apologize for the late response.

May I know if this issue is related to the same post on the community link below?

How to use EFI files

You may use the Intel Product Compatibility Tool, as per the link below, to check the compatibility of the QSFP28 and cables.

Intel Product Compatibility Tool > select Intel Ethernet (works great on Microsoft Edge browser)
