Directory Manager

I am trying to update Killer performance driver suite but it will not 

it says that killer performance driver suite can not be updated with killer ethernet performance suite  due to error 2732 Directory Manager not Initialised how do i fix this ?

all help will be greatly appreciated

1. Download and Install the latest driver for your wireless card.

2. Check with the laptop/motherboard manufacturer website for the customized drivers for your device.

Good Morning Deivid i don't know how to do the above .

how do i find who manufactured the motherboard ?

how do i find out what wireless card i have ?

all i know is i have the new Acer Nitro 5 AN 515-57 with 11gen Intel i7 512 Gb 8gb ram GeForce RTX 3050 GPU

i am computer illiterate

Hello airbrushassassin, 

In this case, you need to refer to the manufacturer of your laptop (Acer) in order to get the customized drivers for your laptop.

Also, to find your wireless card you can following these steps:

1. Open the device manager.

2. Open the drop-down menu under the "Network adapters" option.

3. there you should be able to find your wireless adapter. For example Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265.

For further information about your laptop, I recommend you to check it with Acer.
