Does Intel® Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X520-SR2 have CDR circuit?

I am checking whether my Intel adapter X520-SR2 have CDR circuit or not. I plug my SFP+ SR and observed errors. I need to identify whether my X520-SR2 have CDR circuit or not and find out the impact.

I could not find this on product brief.
