Does the Intel Gigabit ET Quad Port Server Adapter have a setting for max RSS CPUs?

I cannot find any setting to change the number of CPUs used for RSS on a ET Quad Port adapter. Is this possible to do, or is this only available on other NICS/adapters?

Maximum RSS Processor Numberwas added as one of the new advanced RSS configuration items for the Intel ET Quad Port Adapter and other Intel Ethernet adapters in Windows Server 2012.

Potentially you could indirectly control the maximum RSS processor number used in Windows Server 2008 R2 by configuring RSS Base Processor Number and Maximum number of RSS Processors.

Those advanced RSS configuration items are not available in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows Server 2008.
