Downloads references, Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows versions 27.7 but links are dead

If you search for "Intel® Network Adapter Driver for Windows" you get listings for package version 27.7, but all the links are dead. if you click details, on each one, it takes you to another screen that says latest is 27.6, which is it?
